Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
CAMTAC, LLC reserves the right to delay shipment for order verification, inventory confirmation, compliance review, or other business reasons.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any products purchased from CAMTAC, LLC are legal to purchase, possess, receive, and use in their jurisdiction.
CAMTAC, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order at its sole discretion, including orders destined for jurisdictions where the product may be prohibited, restricted, or subject to legal uncertainty.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. CAMTAC, LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and a valid tracking number has been issued, CAMTAC, LLC has fulfilled its shipping obligations. CAMTAC, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after acceptance by the carrier.
If tracking information confirms that a shipment was accepted by the carrier, any claim for loss, theft, delay, damage, or misdelivery must be made directly with the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Upon request, CAMTAC, LLC will provide reasonable assistance by supplying tracking information, proof of shipment, or other available documentation to support a carrier claim. However, CAMTAC, LLC is not responsible for the outcome of any carrier claim and is not obligated to replace, refund, or reship products that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered while in the carrier’s possession.
Customers receiving shipments with visible damage should retain all packaging materials and notify the carrier immediately to initiate a damage claim.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Period
Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges.
Return Authorization Required
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from CAMTAC, LLC before returning any product. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. Return instructions and the authorized return address will be provided with the RMA approval.
Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a refund, returned products must:
- Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- Include all original packaging, hardware, instructions, and accessories.
- Be free from wear, damage, modifications, fitting marks, installation marks, or other signs of use.
Returned products that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at CAMTAC, LLC’s sole discretion.
Installed or Used Products
Due to the safety-critical nature of firearm components and accessories, products that have been installed, fitted, altered, modified, used, or subjected to live-fire operation are not eligible for return unless determined by CAMTAC, LLC to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Defective Products
If a customer believes a product is defective, they must contact CAMTAC, LLC before returning the product. Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, installation information, or other documentation to assist in evaluating a warranty claim prior to return authorization.
Upon inspection, CAMTAC, LLC may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product;
- Provide a refund; or
- Deny the claim if no defect is found.
CAMTAC, LLC reserves the right to inspect and test all products claimed to be defective before determining eligibility for warranty service.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Products modified by the customer.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification.
- Clearance, closeout, discounted, or special-order items.
- Products returned without an RMA.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned product. Actual posting times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by CAMTAC, LLC.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting CAMTAC, LLC. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the Return Policy. CAMTAC, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Warranty Disclaimer
Products sold by CAMTAC, LLC are warranted only against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Except as expressly stated herein, CAMTAC, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to provided instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAMTAC, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, shipment, possession, or performance of any product sold by CAMTAC, LLC.
CAMTAC, LLC’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Compliance Notice
By purchasing any product from CAMTAC, LLC, the customer certifies that they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use the product in their jurisdiction.
The customer assumes all responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
CAMTAC, LLC makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of any product in any specific jurisdiction and reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
CAMTAC, LLC reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Shipping & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
